Yesterday at 4:30pm eastern we released version 1.7 of the KeepUp service. This release added several new important features & fixes:
Add Entity While Creating a Task - now you can create a Person, Vehicle, Auto, Pet or House while your creating a new task. Just select the "New" choice in the "Reminder For" drop down and enter the nickname of the entity in the text field.
Quickly Edit Entity & View Notes - now you can click on the entity link in the "MyTasks" section, which will take you to your profile and open that entity for editing and show you the notes for it.
Mini Calendars & Relevant Deals in Email Reminders - we have added a mini calendar, that has the due
date for the task highlighted in orange and the date the reminder is sent, usually today highlighted in blue. We have added links to the relevant deals for the given task in the same email. We have also added the text from the task idea to the email so you can have immediate access to relevant information. Issues & Fixes
We have fixed the following critical issues:
437 - We have added an activation warning t the top of every page for users that have not activated their accounts. Users must first activate their accounts before any alerts will be delivered.
537 - When updating a club event, there was no way to update the reminder date for all subscribers. We have now added the ability to override reminder date when editing the club event due date.
567 - When texting yourself a reminder, some users, depending on their timezone, had a due date 1 day off of the proper due date.
